Biomechanical Running Analysis
If you are a runner or a professional who works with runners, this webinar is for you. In this 2-hour presentation, we will explore running biomechanics and how common movement patterns lead to injury in a case study format.
You will observe the live biomechanical analysis of two separate runners. We will examine the movement patterns of an elite athlete as well as a recreational runner. The focus of the seminar will be on the analysis, but we will also briefly explore the interventions used to improve efficiency and reduce injury. You will then be able to see the results for each runner by looking at their technique improvements as well as injury reduction.
The benefit of this live webinar is that you will have the opportunity to ask questions directly to Mike Anoniades after the presentation for each case study.
